Cinnamon and Honey Tea brewed with Cinnamon Sticks
Cinnamon and Honey could be brewed as a tea with Cinnamon Sticks. This is the safest way to consume Cinnamon with no threat of coumarin. You could enjoy this brew either as a hot or iced tea.
1) Boil two Ceylon Cinnamon sticks in two cups of water. Simmer for twenty minutes.
